The weather wasn’t good but if we had to stay in the room we could still see what was happening in the square

Pros: It’s in the most convincing location. The staff are so helpful and that includes the cleaners .

Cons: We loved everything about the property. We couldn’t fault it.

Pros: The location is 10 if you like being in Taksim and enjoy a walk every night. It is an 7 for cleanliness. Could do better. 10 for employees.

Cons: Rooms very close to each other so you hear the TV of the next room, but the customer service solved it.

Very good experience at the hotel, the room was comfortable, quiet and well-equipped. Special mentio

Pros: The breakfast was very good, the staff were very friendly, especially (Cem 🫶🏾) a very kind guy, a very nice and attentive guy who knows how to communicate and be good-humored with customers. I give him a 10 out of 10.

Cons: he had a colleague who has no patience with foreigners,( a bit racist I think ). I forgot his name but (Cem)knows who he is.

Pros: The hotel is well located with great view on taksim square. The sweets are big & confortable.

Cons: I asked to repare the hair dryer at night. They asked me to claim it the day after but they never fix or replace it.

Clean hotel in a great lication

Pros: The hotel is located in the best location for tourists. Really clean hotel with nice and helpful staff. The reception staff helped us to move our luggage from the entrance to the lobbey. Many taxi are in front of the enterance. Bus stop and metro station as well as airport shuttles are in walking distance. Vibrant atmosphere of Istanbul could be found in this region.

Cons: The stairs from the enterance to the lobbey is not suitable for old tourist and those eho have heavy luggage.
