Nice appart,but not apart number 2, absolutly

Pros: inside the room all was good modern nice decorated,looks designe and new.and its near the centre restaurants cafes,

Cons: what l dont like and dont recomande its should be writen in booking that the room number 2 its looking at back side of building,u feel in cave unfortunatly,they show clealy inside room but no informations about wich etage and in front or back side of building, u have 0 view and looking at the wall of other building its very pity, should be more clearly explained.just because of this l give 8 point other ways l would give 10 absolutly,

Pros: My sister and I stayed almost a week in Mr. Alper's apartment. Everything was beautiful. The place is more beautiful than in the photos . It felt like our home . It's in the center of beautiful Kadıköy. Connected to metro, tram line , ferry . Tourists can take the ferry line to arrive directly to the Golden Horn. The building is new. Everything is super clean. It's very cozy and quiet. The apartments are in the most beautiful zone of Istanbul which is Moda. Intellectuals and middle upper class lives. It's ideal for business people , families and tourists. Supermarkets , bakeries are all within 100 m distance. If you are looking for booking a home in Istanbul then this is the right place.

Best location, cozy flat, great communication

Pros: I would say the property looks better in reality than in the pics :) Very clean, spacious, modern, fully equipped, stylish and cozy. As a location / is ideal - in the heart of Moda, only 15 mins walking to the sea, next to all restaurants and bars and shops of Moda - perfect location ;) Communication with the owner was very fast and efficient. He speaks very good English ;) We appreciated the bottle of water when we checked in :) - thank h for it

Cons: The coach - can be a bit more comfortable ;)

Awesome modern flat

Pros: Amazing flat with all necessary for a longer stay. We loved the neighbourhood with lots of cafes and places to eat. Owner was very friendly also and there was no issue in communication.

The property is nice designated but the host was not so friendly and collaborative at all. Although I was required stay

Pros: Great location in a quiet side street but close to everything in Kadikoy/Moda. Clean and modern as shown in the pictures.

The apartment was fabulous and very well located. You can see much of the town within a 15 minute walk from this quiet

Pros: This deserves a 10/10! Spotlessly clean, lovely design, great kitchen and bathrooms, it felt like a home from home. great outdoor space and a fabulous location! Amper the owner replies very quickly to any questions via WhatsApp. Can’t recommend it enough!

Cons: There was nothing I didn’t like, and I have stayed in many rentals over the years!

Pros: Location was perfect, apartament as expected and as described

Pros: + Excellent value for money + brand new and very clean apartment + Modern furniture, very comfortable, firm bed + Located in a nice, quiet non - touristy neighborhood + Attentive and helpful host

Cons: + 20min walk to Metra / ferry, but I knew that beforehand
