Great little apartment
Pros: Amazing little apartment with everything you could need for a visit. The location is amazing. Out of the way of the main area, but super close to everything. Great coffee shop at the end of the street. Shops close by for basics. 10 min walk to the centre of Kadikoy. Very clean. Felt safe. Great aircon, shower, wifi etc. Airport taxi was 10/10

Pros: I really enjoyed staying at this place. The location of the apartment was amazing, very close to the metrobus stop and marmaray, also walking distance to the ferry stop. In the neighboring house there is parking and a 24-hour cafe with amazing breakfasts. Very quiet and quiet on the street. very convenient service, responsive owner, was always in touch and helped with any questions, I highly recommend this place.

Best apartment stay in Kadikoy
Pros: The perfect stay in Kadikoy, for a couple of nights or couple of weeks. Super comfortable and spacious, a godsend especially after staying at a string of teeny tiny hotels in the old city. The photos are true to form - the whole room was a new renovation so everything was clean and new. Having a kitchenette inside and a washing machine on the floor was so handy! The apartment block is pretty quiet, we didn't hear any neighbours on other rooms or floors. Nearby are many restaurants and cafes, shopping, trams, mini supermarkets, and a nice walk to the water. The manager is onsite and helped us get settled and show us how to use the Passcode door. I was messaging her the week prior as our schedule had changed, i really appreciated that they responded really quickly and was super helpful. Also had lots of eating recommendations ✨️
Cons: The elevator is pretty small but it still managed to squeeze in 2 people and 2 suitcases.

Pros: Positiv hervorzuheben ist die schöne Lage sowie die kleine, moderne Wohnung mit viel Platz. Insgesamt ist die Unterkunft eher für junge Leute oder Paare geeignet, weniger für Familien mit Kindern.
Cons: Der Aufenthalt war für uns leider eher stressig. Das Zimmer war zwar eine Suite bzw. kleine Wohnung mit viel Platz, jedoch nicht für eine Familie mit drei Kindern geeignet (15, 14 und 9 Jahre). Die Hocker im Zimmer sind sehr laut – selbst bei leichtem Berühren entsteht Lärm. Da Nachtruhe eingehalten werden muss, fühlt man sich gezwungen, spätestens vor 22 Uhr schlafen zu gehen, weil man selbst bei größter Vorsicht Geräusche verursacht. Das war sehr unangenehm. Zusätzlich quietscht der Türschnapper der WC-Tür, was besonders nachts störend ist. Die Dusche war sehr kalt und hatte keine Heizung. Auch die Böden im Zimmer waren sehr kalt, was vor allem für Kinder ungemütlich war. Zwar ist die Wohnung grundsätzlich gut ausgestattet, jedoch fehlten einige wichtige Dinge, wie z. B. Geschirrspültabs für den Geschirrspüler oder Hausschuhe.

Great location, spacious, value for money.
Pros: The room was large and well appointed. The furniture was well designed. Lively nearby street with all department stores, restaurants, souvenir shops. 10 minutes walk from the Kadıköy Çarşı (kadikoy bazaar) and Bahariye street. Parking in the street is difficult but there is an otopark right beside the hotel. The owner/manager allowed us to check-out an hour late.
Cons: The hotel name is written as Khalkedon Pansiyon in front, and Google Maps show a location 70m off the actual location. The entrance is narrow and steep... having better lighting would help.
