Very pleasant place in Kadikoy

Pros: The apartment was very large and comfortable. Very pleasant artwork. The kitchen was great and the sofa and bed were very comfortable. I would be happy to return

Pros: Large living room with big windows and lots of light. Very comfy couch. The communication was good regarding my late arrival due to a very delayed flight

Cons: Nothing. I was happy with my stay.

Pros: I felt very welcome by the host at the apartment. It is located on a quiet street and the property is tranquil and well cared for. The rooms are spacious and well thought of. Lots of light and the views are wonderful as you are surrounded by trees. Thank you and would highly recommend!

Cons: The kitchen needs more utensils and pots and pans otherwise perfect!

Nostalgic , old / modern combined boutique hotel in a quiet street with top location pros

Pros: Top location and stone throw distance to all the cafes & restaurants , owned by Yavuz who is very helpful and accommodating. The place is full of antique furnitures and good art as well as the rooms are modern and clean . Very interesting concept, the history , the past and the presence combined together . It is located on the street where I grew up so that was a nostalgic and emotional stay for me. Rooms have pretty much everything you need and designed with a good taste of an artist . Highly recommended….

Cons: Staff can’t speak a single word of English for foreign visitors so be prepared to communicate in body language when Yavuz is not around .

Pros: Petek Pansiyon had such a warm and welcoming atmosphere — the staff were incredibly kind, and the space felt cozy and thoughtfully cared for.

Bright and beautiful hotel in a handy location

Pros: Beautiful rooms, building and overall set up. Great location, too, right by the sea and a short walk from lots of lovely restaurants and parks etc.

Cons: Would have appreciated a water filter system in the lobby/public area, because often I came back late without having been able to find an open shop and there was no staff or bottled water available, which was problematic since you can't drink the tap water.

It's a nice play to stay during your visit, but don't expect too much.

Pros: The place definitely has an authentic feel. It's very clean, but the renovations are a bit dated. The water pressure was good, the wifi signal was strong, and the bed was comfortable. The view of the garden is nice, and the are a lot of cats napping around which is definitely a plus. The kitchen is well equipped and only lacks a couple of things.

Cons: The bedroom needs a blackout curtain/a blind - it gets super bright in the morning, and the current curtains don't help. The choice of pillows could be a bit better. The bed cover is too small for two people to fit comfortably. A toaster would be appreciated in the kitchen. Bathrooms require some freshening up to feel a bit more modern.
