Urban Quarters - Tepebaşı

Pros: It was great that my girlfriend could already check in in the morning (I arrived later). The location of the apartment was pretty good with bus stations around 300-500 meters away from the apartment. The staff was very helpful and easy to reach.

Cons: In the process of the room booking the many different room options were confusing. The differences between the different room options could have been made clear better.

Nice apartments

Pros: The apartment was spotless and has basic things u need if you will stay 4-5 days (plates, cutlery, coffee machine, etc) and has a very good location. Check in was smooth.

Cons: Walls are thin. If you are sensitive to noises I recommend bringing earplugs.

Pros: When we arrived, the room was very clean, everything was intact. Staff members are very friendly and helpful, every question or problem that we had, they managed with no problem. We very liked the location. I personally think that this is the ideal location for tourists in Istanbul. 5 minutes from metro station, bus stops, ferry stops. Istiklal is also 5-10 minutes away, and on your way from very crowded and expensive Istiklal to this apartment, you will pass quiet and less expensive restaurants. Supermarkets are 2 minutes away. Also I liked the price.

Cons: The view from the window was boring. We stayed in the studio, which is cheaper. I believe, if you choose more expensive room, the view would be good (according to the photos on booking com) Note, that room service is paid, but you can take fresh towels and toilet paper rolls by yourself in special locations for free.

Overall a great lodging experience,stay.Money well spent.

Pros: Good centralized location.There was no outside noise.Felt safe all the time day and night.

Top location and spacious

Pros: Very well located. Few minutes away from nice bars and restaurants, 20 min bus to the historical center. Super easy checkin Spacious The terrace with lounge chairs was nice for the morning Comfy bed Good airco Overall quiet area Provided slippers was appreciated Clean and nice smell

Cons: I had a really good stay, only downside was that on my last night there was a strong wind and heavy noise from something on the roof. Owner is informed so I guess they will fix it.

Great value find!

Pros: Beautiful apartment, great size and amazing location. Quiet but seconds away from the hub hub of the upper beyoglu area. The AC was delightful. Great value, highly recommend.

Pros: Wonderful - couldn’t fault it, and very glad I stayed here! I had a sigh of relief when I arrived, nice decor and aesthetic, clean, with a view! Good location with public transport and walking distance to nice eateries, and shops, and Galeta Tower etc Double glazed windows keep out most of the noise. Excellent value for money considering location. I honestly could have stayed here for a month!

Pros: A wonderful room overlooking the city very close to Istiklal st. Plus Irem was a gem! She accommodated all our needs! It was generally a pleasant stay.

Cons: Housekeeping service could be more frequent.

Fantastic experience, immaculate vibe

Pros: I loved staying here so much. Whoever is setting the place up genuinely cares about the guest experience, there's all these details and niceties that just can't be faked. The sheets are soft and luxurious. The sofa in the lobby isn't just cute, it's also really comfy. The layout works well. Bed comfy, excellent mix of supportive and a bit squish. The room was so quiet that i didn't need earplugs to sleep (quieter than my own home!). The curtains glide beautifully. There are lighting options. It just feels really nice to be here, and I should know because I came for sinus surgery and spent most of my stay in the room - and would come back in a heartbeat!

Cons: WiFi did cut out every so often, not good for calling or video calling. Microwave would have been great. TV remote was quite fiddly. Main source of heat is Aircon unit, so it gets extremely dry.
