Pros: This is our 2nd time stay at GALATA M84. Sishane metro station is just next to the apartment . If you don't wish to climb the steps or steep hill the trick is to use Sishane metro travelator & escalator that directly linked to istiklal street and a short walk to F2 Beyoglu funicular station. There is always a friendly staff behind the counter to assist us.The supermarket is just across the street. The apartment is fully furnished. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Accommodation in Istanbul

Pros: Location , view and size of accommodation was great. Lovely staff who came to Metro to help with ATM machine and Istanbul card.

Cons: Nothing really. The heated tower railing inside the shower was impracticable. The lighting could have been better.

Wonderful place with room for improvement

Pros: It is an amazing property in a very central position, but past its prime. Time has taken its toll. It needs some care. However, it remains beautiful and offers unique moments to families or small parties.

Cons: The very polite staff give no clear instructions as to whether the place is managed as a short let property or hotel. In four days, no cleaning service was provided, regardless if we need or not, no garbage collection, no towel change. So clear policy on this and freshning up the property will keep it in the centre of interest. We did not mind the street noise, but some people might. The cooking equipment is poor (no filter coffee machine, no teapot, no iron (we had one after asking, and it was old), to Turkish tea pot or cups, no toaster). Easy to add.

Pros: Very nice, spacious and clean,the staff called Hassan was very helpful,he arranged our tour and transport to the airport.The hotel is also near GALATA tower and walking distance to the old town.

Cons: Just need a little extra cleaning at the bathroom (both) area.There was molds which can be actually easily get rid of with mold and mildew spray.And people smoking can be smelled in the bedroom.

Great location, great place

Pros: The apartment was clean, great location (we could see the tower from our window), a pizza place around the corner, a supermarket walking distance, coffee place in front, spacious livingroom, comfy beds. We had a late flight back home and we left our luggage in the reception with no extra charge. Would 100% come back.

Cons: The pots could be changed as they are a bit too scratched.

Loved the place - would definitely stay again !

Pros: Huge - beautifully laid out.Well equipped. The staff were excellent - very helpful with all requests. Was worried about the street noise from previous reviews - but didn’t hear anything during our stay - so that was great. Very central - easy to get to places - tube at the doorstep. Lots of eating joints around.

Cons: The AC in the master bed room was a little noisy ( good if you like white noise:)) Was quite a hilly area
