Pros: Very nice apartment. Pictures are accurate and facilities are good. The owner was very prompt in fixing a blocked shower drain . Super location with easy access to all attractions via metro and tram. Will reccommend and revisit.

Cons: Sometimes gets noisy at night due to close proximity of night club , but that is with the spirit and charm of Istanbul. Nothing earplugs cannot fix.

Pros: Lovely spacious apartment. Well equipped and clean. On a busy side street with restaurants and bars, just off the main shopping street of Istiklal Cadesi. You can hear some noise from the restaurants and bars below but the windows do block out most of it. Great communication from the host who was very responsive.

Cons: Somewhat dimly lit. It's on 4th floor which wasn't a problem for us but would be for some.

Pros: The best thing about the place is its location which is just meters away from Istiklal Avenue. That is fantastic for walking around in one of the best city center locations with bars, shops and restaurants all around but may also cause a bit of a problem with taxi access as you may need to walk few meters as road is not accessible by car (no lift also). In case if you have heavy luggage that may cause a bit of inconvenience. Other than that the place was spacious, reasonably clean and well maintained. The host is a fantastically friendly and accommodating person and check in and check out process was a breeze.

Cons: It was a bit sad that this property doesn't offer some minimal set of kitchenware. At least some glasses, forks and plates would have been nice even if there are plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants around.

Pros: Расположение отличное. Если вы хотите квартиру ч самом центре ресторанов, магазинов и баров - жто самое то. Несмотря на то, что вокркг множество шумных заведений, в целом это не мешало сну. Но полной тишины конечно не будет до самого утра. Удобная кровать, хорошо организовано пространство. Очень выручили меня, предоставив возможность выезда на два часа позднее, чем должно было быть.

Cons: Нет лифта, очень тяжело поднимать и спускать тыжелый чемодан, лестница очень крутая. Довольно темная квартира, даже утром и днем была необходимость включать весь свет в квартире. Из душевой кабины вытекает вода, так как недостаточно широкая стеклянная перегородка. Стоило бы например поменять обивку дивана, так как есть дыры.
