Overall good experience.

Pros: Room was clean and nice. Room service was quick. Breakfast was good.

Cons: The shower drain was clogged, causing water to collect. I had to turn the shower off and on several times during each use to prevent overflow. Water collects to the point that ankles were submerged

Perfect location

Pros: It is located next to the malls in a quiet area, also near to the city centre. The stuff is very polite and there is a parking lot in front of the hotel. The rooms are clean and comfy.

The Divan is a beautiful and comfortable hotel. The staff is most accommodating.

Pros: The location was great the facilities were excellent. The room was clean and spacious and offered coffee and tea and water. Also, a slice of delicious cake greeted my arrival. The room was more than comfortable.

Cons: The room was too hot at night but I survived.

Pros: The room was spacious and contemporary designed. It was clean and quiet. The bed was really comfortable. There were all the facilities needed.

Cons: The room was soaked with very heavy cigarette smell just as if a group of people were smoking for hours just before we got into the room. We couldn't get that smell out of the room even though we kept the window open. The bathroom was a little worn out but still really clean and comfortable.

Pros: Everything was great. Excellent staff, exceptionally spacious and comfortable room, great breakfast and amazing food at the restaurant. I wish we had more time to spend at the hotel to explore other facilities. Most importantly, we were able to stay with our dogs, and they also enjoyed the place quite a lot!
