An Exceptional 4-Day Stay!

Pros: I recently spent 4 days at ERK Hotel and I can honestly say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. I’m giving it a perfect 10/10 because I truly couldn't find a single thing to complain about. What I Liked: The Service: The hospitality here is top-notch. I want to give a special thanks to Muhammed at the reception—he was incredibly helpful and made sure everything was perfect for me throughout my stay. Everything was Perfect: It’s rare to find a place where literally everything meets your expectations, from the cleanliness to the overall vibe of the hotel.

Cons: Nothing! There wasn't a single thing that I didn't like. It was a seamless stay.

Exceptional hospitality!

Pros: I was genuinely pleasantly surprised by this hotel. What a gem! Having stayed in many outstanding properties around the world, I can confidently say the standard here exceeds that of most. It is a new hotel and no expense has been spared. Exceptional design, workmanship, high-quality materials, and attention to detail are evident throughout. Location is excellent and close to many attractions. The rooms are beautifully appointed, clean and the overall ambience is refined and luxurious. Breakfast is abundant with excellent variety and quality. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the service. The staff are outstanding; warm, professional, and attentive. A special thank you to Mr. Mehmet and Mr. Eren for ensuring all our needs were met and for consistently checking in. We travelled as a family and had three rooms, and every experience was exceptional. We will most certainly return and highly recommend this hotel.

Cons: Nothing!

Centrally located yet quiet place, modern and spotless

Pros: Very central yet quiet place. Spotless and modern room and bathroom. Kettle with coffee and tea. Comfortable bed and great blackout curtain, which is rare.

Pros: The room was not very big, but with enough space. The bathroom was very spacious. In general, it was very comfortable and quiet. The location was also perfect, near the main attractions and public transport. Staff was also very friendly.

Cons: The only thing that could be improved is the breakfast, especially the bread.

Pros: Very quiet, great location, walking distance to major sightseeings. The hotel is new and felt very safe. Nice breakfast with variety of turkish products.

Cons: Sauna was only 65 degrees and it costs 15 euros per person. Breakfast room was very small and crowded in mornings.

Good value stay in great location.

Pros: We had a really good stay at the ERK hotel, it was in a fantastic location, very clean and the staff were really helpful and very friendly. We were surprised at how good the breakfast was for the price of the stay. We would stay here again.

Pros: Check-in was smooth, the room was clean and quiet, and the bed was genuinely comfortable after a long day out. Staff were friendly, responsive. The location is ideal—minutes from public transport, restaurants, and the main sights—yet it still feels calm at night. Wi-Fi was reliable. Overall, excellent value and I would happily stay here again.
