Extraordinary service and beautiful hotel

Pros: The service of the staff is extraordinary. You always get a smile, good recommendations and a cup of tea or coffee. The location is great. It’s 10 to 15 minutes walking to the sights in Sultanahmet and the Grand Bazar and within 20 minutes walking you are in Galata as well. We had a great room with view over the Bosphorus. Will definitely come back.

Excellent Stay in a Perfect Location.

Pros: I recently stayed at Golden Horn Bosphorus Hotel and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel’s location is one of its biggest advantages — it’s within walking distance of famous landmarks such as Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, and Topkapi Palace. This made exploring the historic area extremely easy and enjoyable. The room was tidy, modern, and comfortable. The bed provided a good night’s sleep, and everything was well organized. I also appreciated the quiet atmosphere despite being in such a central area. The hotel staff were welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with any questions. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money, especially considering its prime location. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul.

Location, cleanliness and quality. Kind and helpful staff.

Pros: The location is excellent — just a short walk to major attractions like Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, and Grand Bazaar. It made sightseeing very convenient. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The bed was cozy, and housekeeping did a great job every day. I especially appreciated the beautiful view of the Bosphorus from the terrace. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with directions and recommendations. Thank you all for the hospitality.

Great facility in the touristic hearth of the city

Pros: Perfect location close to public transports, restaurants and the main attractions. Personnel was kind, attentive and always helpful. Rooms (we stayed in a family room) are spacious, clean and comfortable.

Cons: The only missing facility is the breakfast room, but there are free drinks and snacks available through the day, and there is plenty of options nearby.

Pros: Amazing staff, very clean small hotel, really nice! They’ve a nice rooftop terrace and a bar where you can get complimentary drinks. Nice views on the Bosporus

Cons: The only thing that was not perfect is the direct neighbourhood to the train station, which unfortunately is also part of the Bosporus view

Pros: Phenomenal hotel in the old city. The staff could not do enough for us and made us feel like part of the family. Uktan really went out of his way to look after us.
