Pros: Property was very good view away from pickpocketing etc etc, location was good too.
Cons: Property was perfectly fine, just need bit more information about activity we can do like information. Unfortunately not many people can speak that much English that is the down fall, apart from that everything was good.

Good modern living in style!
Pros: Wonderful apartment with stunning view, very helpful reception staff, especially the young lady (sorry, forgot her name, but she was the only lady there). Her English was perfect and she was very customer oriented. Even technical staff was available at 23.00, and quickly solved all the issues, which is extremely rare. The apartment is quite new, fully equipped with everything you need, including washing machine, toaster, fridge, 2 TV sets, all kitchen utilities, etc. Also, lovely lemon-scented bath products! Around there is a new very clean and safe neighborhood with plenty of cafes, shops, etc.
Cons: The cleaning needs some improvement. There was piece of toilet paper in the toilet when I just entered it, as well as some dust on the carpet. The forks and spoons were not washed properly. The shower door wasn't closing properly, so lots of water leaked on the floor. The toilet flush was very week so I had to press it at least twice. These are things which are easy to fix, so please do it (room 1305)! The location is a bit far away from everything so you will have to use taxi to get anywhere. But I only came for Tarkan's concert on VW Arena, so it was ok.

Very nice in general, no issues.
Pros: Staff was great! We had an apartment, very big one, so it was nice, a lot of space and very comfortable to spend time.
Cons: Bed and pillows - Single beds were very small, and pillows were very big, very difficult to sleep.

Pros: The location is excellent and easily accessible, a good choice for extended stays, and all services are available in the surrounding area, including restaurants, shops, and grocery stores.
Cons: The three-bedroom apartment only has two bathrooms; it would be more distinctive if all the rooms had their own bathrooms.

All in all the stay was very pleasant.
Pros: Location and cleanliness - Effie was very helpful and ready to assist- morning reception staff were helpful and friendly.
Cons: Water weak pressure, bathtub water doesn’t drain quickly- night staffed valet were not available for help

Friendly staff, the place was comfortable and clean.
Pros: We liked how the place was quiet, staff was friendly and we were able to easily communicate with them, breakfast had a lot of options, and the room was very clean, as well as the lobby and generally the whole place. I would especially like to shout out Eren from the staff.
Cons: Nothing really, everything was great.

Pros: Our stay at Citadines Maslak Istanbul was truly excellent. The staff, especially Mehmet, were exceptionally welcoming, professional, and always ready to help, which made our experience even more comfortable. The facilities were modern and well-maintained, offering everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Cleanliness throughout the property was outstanding, and our room offered a high level of comfort, making it easy to relax after busy days in the city. The location was perfect for us, as it was very close to Istanbul Technical University, where we held our workshop. Overall, we had a great stay and would gladly return.
Cons: The only aspect that didn’t fully meet our expectations was the breakfast, which we hoped would be more diverse in terms of options.

Pros: Perfect Stay with Friendly and Helpful Team The reception team (Eda, Mustafa, Efe, Eren, Furkan, Anıl, Yasin, Eyüp) provided excellent service with their professionalism and warm hospitality. Special thanks also to the cooking team in the restaurant (Aleyna, Yüsra, Beşir, Semih) and the housekeeping team (Nalan, Cemile, Bayram, Ege) for their dedication. The hotel’s modern facilities and the convenience of nearby markets and cafés made my stay very comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone.
