A special thank you to Ahmet at the reception, whose kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made all the difference. The team’s swift responses to every request, their generosity with upgrades, and their constant willingness to help made my experience unforgettable. Thanks to the Somerset Hotel team, I truly felt at home in Istanbul. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, warmth, and outstanding service.

Pros: We got the upgrade of the room, and my father can have more comfortable rest, as he has the half of ability to walk. The employee on the reception was very helpful. We are very satisfied with your hotel, as we continue to stay in Somerset during 2 years.

Pros: I recently stayed at Somerset Maslak Istanbul, and I want to highlight the exceptional service I received from Ahmed. From the moment I approached him with an issue, he listened carefully to my needs and dealt with the matter immediately. His kindness, professionalism, and considerate approach truly stood out. Ahmed went above and beyond to make sure I felt looked after, and his efficiency was matched with a warm and genuine attitude. He is an absolute credit to Somerset Maslak and a real asset to the company. I cannot thank him enough for making my experience so smooth and enjoyable — highly recommended!

Cons: I was happy

Pros: We had an outstanding stay thanks to Mehmed. Seeing how exhausted we were on arrival, he immediately upgraded our room and assured us that he was there to help with absolutely anything we might need. His attention and kindness really stood out throughout our stay. When he noticed us worrying about being late and possibly missing our concert, he took the initiative to order us a cab without hesitation. That small but thoughtful gesture made a huge difference. Honestly, one of the best hosts we’ve ever encountered—professional, caring, and genuinely attentive. Highly recommend!

Overall good experience

Pros: Mehmet at the reception is a true professional when it comes to customer service. A fantastic person—helpful, knowledgeable, and a great problem-solver. He was the real gem of the hotel. Thank you for everything, Mehmet!

Cons: The pool and jacuzzi was not heated. The se sun doesn’t shine there so it would be great if you would heat the pools. Should also upgrade the cleaniness of the rooms. Had white socks and after walking the socks we’re really dirty.

Pros: My favourite thing about the place is the staff, starting with Kadir the receptionist, he was exceptionally helpful, Kareem Ali the baggage Porter, welcoming, polite and smiling the entire time, and Ayu the housekeeping lady, she's the sweetest ❤️ It was a pleasant, relaxing stay

Pros: I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect. Everything exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend this place and look forward to coming back!
