Fantastic

Pros: Everything was great. The room was nice, spacious and quiet. The room service was excellent. The staff was great too. Hakan in particular, was super helpful, friendly and polite and assisted me in getting a taxi so I would not get ripped off by some scam taxi. There was also a young lady at the front desk who was very polite, I didn't get her name but she was great too.

Pros: We were exceptionally treated, with a free upgrade and discount coupons for the restaurant. Tahla was a great host and all staff were very friendly and professional. The room was spacious, comfortable, and with a great view.

Cons: I had to buy a cap to use the pool (because I didn't have one of my own). This was never asked of me before in any other hotel I have stayed. Breakfast had considerable variety, but lacked in taste, generally. One very important exception was the tahini and honey mixed cream for bread, which was superb. A small espresso machine in the room would also be nice.

Great hotel with excellent staff.

Pros: The hotel is lovely with really friendly staff. The room was clean and spacious. We were meeting with friends so this worked perfect for us. Although this isn’t quite in the center just around the corner is the metro which we used everyday to get to all the sights so it worked for us. The breakfast was really good with the friendly efficient staff. We also had access to the executive lounge which was very good, well worth using it. I would recommend the hotel for a good base for sightseeing Istanbul.

It was an amazing experience

Pros: I had a wonderful stay at Sheraton Hotel. The hotel was impeccably clean, with every corner well-maintained and spotless. From the lobby to the rooms, the attention to hygiene was impressive, making my stay both comfortable and refreshing. A special mention to Gökhan and Hakan Bey, who went above and beyond to make my experience truly enjoyable. Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help made a lasting impression. Their exceptional service added a personal touch that made me feel truly valued as a guest. Overall, I highly recommend the hotel for anyone looking for a clean, welcoming, and well-managed hotel. I will definitely be returning!

Pros: rooms were very comfortable and clean, excellent location ,wonderful staff all the receptionists very professional ,friendly, very respectful sorry unfortunately ,I missed the paper got there names but in general all of them were excellent, special thanks for the concierge Ogi he was amazing very helpful and very professional.my stay in Sheraton was fabulous. next trip to Istanbul I will definitely spend some days in this hotel.
