Perfect for our frequent visits to Istanbul. Relatively close to our hospital.

A nice value for money hotel.

Pros: Clean, comfortable rooms, although more spca would be appreciated ) The staff is friendly and helpful, beds are comfortable, shower is good. I appreciated a lot the room service, each day the room was thouroughly cleaned and furnished with all we needed (like shower supplies, water). The location - is quite far from the city center, the trip to Sultanahmet took 40-45 minoutside rush hour and 1.5 hours in rush hours. The bus stop is a few steps from the hotel, usually we traveled with bus 62 to Kabotash stop, and from there with tram T1. Also, the same meals we had in the center were like ten times cheaper in the hotel's neighbourhood, at the next corner from the hotel there is a baklava shop, were we bought excellent baklava, and one kilo was about 350-400 liras, while in touristic places for the same money you can get only a portion of 3-4 pieces. Also we enjoyed fruit shops around the hotel.

Cons: Can't say anything bad, the hotel is a very good value for money deal.

Pros: We liked everything about the place: the lift, the cleanliness, the warmth, the ability to make tea in the room, the excellent beds that made you feel like you were resting, the professionalism of the staff, and the attention to detail. The receptionists deserve special mention because they were the only ones who knew English and were really nice and helpful in assisting us in adapting to the local culture, especially when it came to hiring a taxi during peak hours.

Pros: Very friendly staff and consistently very clean hotel

Pros: Cleanliness of the rooms, facilities in the rooms, helpful staff and a spacious bathroom. The location was good for us because of the work we had nearby, however if you are there as a tourist my advice would be to find something a bit closer to the metro stations.

Cons: The breakfast was practically the same everyday. It's enough to get you started for the day but nothing special.

super value for money in Istanbul

Pros: Very good option to stay in Istanbul, close to several transport options, lively neighborhood with all the services and accessibilities. Staff is very nice, facilities super clean, breakfast with several turkish cheese options, turkish tea, lots of bread options, cake, coffee, European style but with turkish delicacies.

Cons: in the entrance of the room, which is where the closet is located, the light is not great making it hard to see inside the closet; TV never worked (no signal) neither the mini fridge (made noise but not cold).
