Pros: Mustafa was fantastic he would make a fantastic manager.

Cons: Location was terrible. We had to get a taxi to a place 5 miles away to access bars and restaurants.

Pros: Super friendly staff, clean hotel and rooms and good restaurant food. The breakfast could be improved a bit i.e. more tea options (they only have caffeine black tea) and the water was not very hot, but it was still a good breakfast. Great and easy to connect smartphone/netflix to the TV - this was great!

Pros: Staff were nice one particular person who went above and beyond their way to give exceptional service was Dilara, she helped us with everything and even took me to the ATM machine herself. She made our experience so much better!

Handy for airport

Pros: We got offered free breakfast. Was very close to the metro that takes you directly to the airport that was very useful. The bell boy was very polite and helpful. We had a double bed and then rang reception to ask to change us to a room with two beds instead which they did which was great.

Cons: It’s a bit of a challenge to get to plus very far from everything.
