Pros: I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The atmosphere is very welcoming, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and everything is well organized. The location is great, and the staff always made sure that guests feel relaxed and taken care of. I would especially like to say a big thank you to the administrator, Abu. He was extremely kind, helpful, and professional during my stay. He was always ready to assist with any question and made sure everything went smoothly. His friendly attitude and attention to guests really made a difference. Thank you for the warm hospitality. I would be happy to stay here again and definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Pros: Thank you for the warm welcome, the location is beautiful, it is located in the center of Fatih, the metro station is 5 minutes walk, bus stop (Fatih) 4 minutes, restaurant and supermarket are around the facility, more than one and open 24 hours, I highly recommend this place

A perfect oasis of relaxation .
Pros: We had a wonderful stay at Royal FSM Suites. The highlight was definitely the private jacuzzi in the room—it was clean, spacious, and the perfect way to relax after a long day of walking through Istanbul. The suite is modern, very clean, and offers a lot of comfort. The staff was professional and made sure we had everything we needed. A truly 10/10 experience!

Pros: The location is great, Fatih Mosque is a 4-5 minute walk away, the metro station and bus stop are 5 minutes away, there are many restaurants and markets around, the facility is newly built, the staff are very friendly and made me feel at home. The airport transfer and tour services were very professional. I will come again and I highly recommend it🙏🏼

Pros: Объект новый, персонал очень заинтересован, готов помочь мгновенно, расположение в центре, есть более одного ресторана и круглосуточные рынки вокруг объекта, также станция метро Фатих, в 5 минутах ходьбы, турецкая баня, идеальное джакузи, незаменимое для детей

Pros: Расположение в центре Фатиха очень хорошее, я чувствовал себя как дома, все новое, и персонал ждет, чтобы обслужить вас 24 часа в сутки, вокруг объекта есть более одного ресторана и есть рестораны всех стран, короче говоря, это центральное место напротив парикмахерской, я рекомендую его

Рекомендую для бронирования! Общее впечатление очень хорошее.
Pros: Очень большая просторная квартира, в которой есть все необходимое для длительного проживания: плита, стиральная и посудомоечная машина, отличный душ с большим напором. В каждой комнате по телевизору. Отлично подходит для проживания большой компанией. Очень радушный и дружелюбный хозяин! Помогал и с сумками, и с вызовом такси в аэропорт.
Cons: Было прохладно Это основной минус Уверена, что хозяин помог бы нам с решением вопроса, но тк мы ночевали всего 2 ночи и весь день гуляли, то мы не стали обращаться

Pros: It was clean convenient and had all the amenities you need a fully stocked kitchen. The appliances are brand new. There is also a washing machine. The linens were clean and white. The towels were clean The whirlpool bath was especially nice.
Cons: This is a new property and they are still working on some things in the building but the staff is very attentive and I think when the small cosmetic things are done, it will be exceptional

Interesting hotel especially for families , you get what you paid for , nice lication .
Pros: The location is close to city Centre , close to Metro station, many groceries and yummy restaurants are in the area , you get the best value for money especially for families , apartments are literally crystal clean . The staff will take care of everything for you and always checking on you .
Cons: The hotel must put a big billboard just to make finding more easier , it was not that difficult though .

Самые добрые и приветливые хозяева отеля
Pros: Местоположение идеальное, 5 минут до станции метро. Рядом магазины, кафе, а также некоторые стамбульские достопримечательности. Огромная ванная, всегда была горячая вода, очень удобные кровати, продуманная система отопления. Замечательные хозяева отеля, откликались сразу на малейшие просьбы и помогали. Мы жили на третьем этаже, там довольно крутая лестница, они сразу подхватили наш багаж и донесли до апартаментов. Приезд и отъезд точным временем не обозначены, что тоже очень удобно. Если кто-то любит джакузи и хамам – им точно сюда. Все это было у нас в номере.
Cons: Все прекрасно! Надо поддерживать то, что есть
