Pros: Our stay was exceptional, and we wish to commend the high level of service provided by the team. ​In particular, Ercan and Alican were outstanding. Their assistance was consistently helpful, and they maintained a genuinely positive and welcoming demeanor, always greeting guests with a smile. Their commitment significantly enhanced our experience.

Cons: Just one think I would recommend that breakfast should have more variety of food. Hot drinks especially.

Pros: Mr Ahmed , at reception was very good and welcoming he knows a requirement of a customer and their need . All needs were met and the main reason to extend my stay was for me Ahmed at reception . Very human and not cheats . Good job , keep up , and see u again .

Pros: Good hotel in general but some aspects need to be ameliorated.

Pros: Staff were very helpful.specially Mr Fatih at front desk in advising on travel options, ensuring taxi availability. Just two suggestions for the consideration of the management. The breakfast spread was good, may consider to provide omelette if requested especially for those who dislike boiled eggs like me.. I was told it will be done at extra cost. The starbuks cafe attached to the hotel, serves only coffee and other drinks. For lunch and dinner you will have to go out this is at times is difficult in the cold and rain. It will be helpful if the hotel has an understanding with nearby restaurants for ordering and delivery of food. The rooms were clean and stay was comfortable I would recommend the hotel as it is quiet central and easily accessible

Perfect location

Pros: We had a wonderful stay! The room was spacious, very clean, and the bed was super comfortable. The bathroom was also large and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful – they greeted us warmly and made sure we had fresh water and fruit every day. Breakfast was included in the price and added great value to our stay. Highly recommend!

Pros: The location is in one of the best places with easy transportation access to old and new popular centers of lstanbul. Facilities in hotel are matching a real four star in Europe. So an advanced one! Personal are are very attentive and professional. I recommend this hotel to family and couples!
