good price-quality!

Pros: Ramadán was very helpful. the day we did the check in he helped us taking the luggage to the room. We had problems with the shower in the first day and he helped solve the next day. The room was comfy, the bed was also very comfy. the room has with AC and window to the street. very lively area, not very crowded and close to the main attractions (walkable distance) and close to public transport to Beyoglu or Asian side. Many local (not full of tourists) tea places to try!

Pros: Very friendly, forthcoming and competent service. Immaculately clean. Great location, close to all main historical sites and major transport links.

Cons: Rooms are small. Fortunately the great location largely makes up for that inconvenience. The boat excursion we've booked through the hotel was below every standard. Can't blame the hotel staff though. It's not their direct responsibility.

Pros: Very good location, close to metro, buses and port, close to two main centers and markets, there are grocery and snack bars on the street. the hotel itself is very nice, cozy, new, beautiful design, the room is clean, the water runs smoothly, there is a working smart TV, very nice and polite staff who helped us a lot, thank you for that.
