Very Clean Hotel in the City Center

Pros: I really liked the cleanliness of the hotel. Everything was spotless, the sheets were clean, and the pillows smelled wonderful. The rooms were exactly as described, matching the photos 100%. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help with anything related to Istanbul. The location is in the city center, right in the middle of all the historical sites. It's within walking distance of the metro, ferry, and bus stops. It's an ideal hotel for those who want to stay in a clean room at a reasonable price in Istanbul.

Pros: Extremly small room, but very clean, new furniture, good location and very kind stuff.

Great location, amazing 24/7 service from great people and unbeatable value for money.

Pros: The location was perfect very central and easy to reach everything. The value for money was absolutely great. Most of all, the staff was always friendly and helpful. No matter if it was day or night, 24/7 there was always someone there to help immediately with any request. I can honestly recommend this place to anyone visiting Istanbul. We come here often for holidays, but we’ve never experienced this level of service for such a price before. We will come again :)

Pros: The hotel's cleanliness and amenities are superb. Located in Eminönü, the heart of Istanbul, it's within walking distance of all the historical sites and bazaars on the Historic Peninsula. The staff is friendly and goes out of their way to help.

Cons: The hotel room and its features were the same as the photos on the website. That's why we liked the hotel.

Pros: Very good location, the room was clean and comfortable.

Pros: A staff was very helpful to guide us to take a taxi to airport on time. He also paid the fares for us to take tram to another location to take the taxi since May 1 had road blocks somewhere. Thank you for the staff who shows his services to us.

Cons: Room may be too small. No lift but staffs are helpful to take luggage to room.

Pros: The hotel is close to the Grand Bazaar and it has buses, trams and metro stations next to it so it is easy to go wherever you want (easy to come from the airport with metro). The staff is kind and helpfull. We were on a girls trip and we felt safe, even if the neighbourhood looks tricky in the night. All in all a good hotel for the price and we will book again.

Cons: The bathroom was small but nice.

Pros: Great accomodation, friendly staff/hosts. Rooms are not that big but they are well equipped and a good value for the price.
