The Great Airport Hotel & Restaurant

Pros: The hotel is nearly 20 minutes by taxi from the airport. We stayed one night. The breakfast was good. It is near to the mosque, and the hotel has a prayer room.

Great hotel

Pros: Its a lovely little hotel. The linen and towels were exceptionally clean. The staff were accomodating friendly and helpful. Great food and free Turkish tea

Cons: There's nothing to dislike

Pros: Convenient location from the airport. Not much around there, but the restaurant has a good menu. Very comfortable beds.

Cons: Airplanes... But it isnt so loud really... We needed to be near airport because we have flight delay.

Short night overstay between flights

Pros: Serves its purpose for a short night overstay between flights. For 30€ price can't complain and close to airport.

Definitely worth a stop here.

Pros: Everything was great: clean, warm enough for winter, comfortable. The staff was very friendly. The shuttle even waited for us while we finished breakfast.

Cons: The bed linen could have been a little cleaner.

Very Comfortable Stay near the Airport

Pros: - You can reach the hotel by public transport from the airport. Catch a H-6 local bus at Bus Stop 2 on the public transportation floor of the airport, and get off when you see the big mosque 'Tasoluk Yesil Cami'. You cannot miss it, because the mosque is very big, beautiful, majestic and elegant! Then, it is a very short walk to the hotel along the main road in the direction of the south. - The room was specious and meticulously clean. Unfortunately, a kettle did not work in my room when I arrived in the evening. Then, a receptionist on duty told me that I could always come to the reception to have some Turkish tea whenever I wanted, which I did. Actually, it was much better to have properly brewed Turkish tea than having it brewed with a small tea bag in my room.

Cons: Nothing. I enjoyed everything. However, if I have to mention something that could be improved, it would be their breakfast menu. Of course, I enjoyed it during my stay, but it would be better if they could offer it as a buffet style, so that I could have had more different kinds of Turkish cheese. Since I LOVE Turkish breakfast very much, and cheese and bread in Turkey are exceptionally tasty, I would say that having a couple of more additional kinds of cheese would be very nice.

Pros: Beautiful room, nice lights under the bed, clean and quite a lot of space. The receptionist was nice and helpful. The location is central and close to bars and restaurants.

Cons: A bit noisy, pipe noise when someone flushed, construction work in the morning (even though that is not their fault at all) but overall a very very nice stay

Pros: Originally, we planned to stay for just one night and spend the first night after arrival at the airport. But in the end, we decided that it made much more sense to go straight to the hotel and see if there might be a room available for early check-in. Unfortunately, no room was available at that time. However, we still had a wonderful night in the hotel restaurant. Officially, it was already closed and not operating, but despite that, the staff prepared food for us and treated us with exceptional hospitality — very politely, warmly, and thoughtfully. Even though my English is not very good and it was difficult for me to clearly explain what we wanted, the staff patiently helped with everything. We spent the night comfortably in the restaurant area and were able to check in five hours earlier than the official booking time.

Decent place for a one night stay close to the airport

Pros: It was ok for one night - decent room, basic breakfast, quick check in, good overall price.

Cons: Our room was located on the lower level and we were surrounded by very noisy Italians, who had absolutely no respect for other guests. Some of them would fight at midnight. The walls are very thin and you hear everything.
