Pros: Very friendly staff. They allowed us to stay longer than the check-out time and were always happy to answer any questions. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well. The breakfast was quite simple, but filling enough. The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport. Airport transfer at a reasonable price.

Cons: It would be nice if a spoon and some salt were also provided with breakfast, not just a fork.

Pros: Spacious and clean, looked new. The receptionist helped me order food around midnight and they also provided water with the room free of charge.

Nice hotel near airport

Pros: Comfortable bed, location easily accessible from airport, clean room with breakfast served in. Free use of coffee machine in the lobby (no milk unfortunately).

Cons: Communication. I've sent an inquiry about early check in and early check out and only received automated response. Later when I couldn't cancel reservation anymore they informed me about additional fee, which I agreed to, but on the spot they tried to charge me for 2 nights. We found a solution, but more transparent communication would be nice.

Pros: I was very lucky to stay at this hotel on the outskirts of Istanbul. The place is lovely, very clean, and has a beautiful view. However, the most important thing for me was the feeling of safety. The staff were extremely kind, respectful, and always willing to help. I truly felt safe and supported during my stay. They took care of me and my children in an unbelievable way, and I will never forget their kindness and attention. I am very, very grateful for everything they did for us, and I sincerely wish them all the best and continued success. Highly recommended.

Pros: We booked a night awaiting transfer on the next day to Navsehir. Hotel is clean, however nothing much within walking walking distance. Staff is pleasant and nice to advise a good restaurant down the road.

Pros: Very nice and polite staff and very quiet and clean hotel , just about 5 min walking to bus stop which directly goes to airport
