Pros: Actually, what I liked most was the receptionist's enthusiasm. I had an incident involving racial discrimination, and he comforted me. Thank you very much, Mohamed.

Cons: Everything is fine, except sometimes the water heater doesn't produce enough hot water.

great experience with helpful staff and great location

Pros: It definitely met our expectations. The location of the hotel was great. The breakfast was varied. The staff was very helpful and their attitude towards us was very good. The room was clean and size of it was more than enough. You can definitely choose this hotel in your trip to Istanbul.

Pros: Il personale : Mohamed è un ragazzo super in gamba ci ha aiutato ad ambientarci e ci ha fatto trovare benissimo ogni cosa di cui avevamo bisogno lui ce la procurava e ce la faceva trovare,

Cons: Un po’ una locandaccia ma per il prezzo che abbiamo pagato andava più che bene
