Pros: We stayed for 3 nights and was wonderful. Different breakfast food everyday. Room was clean everyday. location was perfect and safe to walk after 10pm. Management was excellent and looked after us very well. I would stay there again.

Totally worth the price and good reviews, some minor fixes needed

Pros: Room had a lot of space to comfortably open the luggage. The bathroom and shower cabin especially were very spacious, great water pressure too. Location is great, close to the main attractions and tram 1. Dead quiet at night. Breakfast was included in the very affordable room price and we enjoyed it a lot overall, it was a good spread of different foods. Staff was polite. On every floor there is bottled water and toilet paper provided.

Cons: The mattress was on the firm side, too hard for us. One bed side lamp was not working and the bathroom could use some more lighting too. Breakfast lacked some warm dishes on some days, or quantities were a bit too small for a buffet (we did enjoy it when we could have an omelette or menemen). There were containers for shower gel, shampoo and conditioner in the shower but since they were not labeled we didn't know what is what and ended up using only what we thought might be shower gel, and bought our own shampoo which is a shame. We thought of asking but there was no pen and paper to leave a note for the cleaning staff and the reception was usually not manned because the staff was also busy running the cafe. The wifi was quite slow and not always working.
