Overall a great experience!

Pros: - the interior is pretty, in person it looks as good as in the pictures, - plenty of sitting space, - big windows in the living room make the apartment well-lit, - decently equipped kitchen, laundry machine and dishwasher are a big plus, - AC working with no issues, - rather quiet location yet close to main attractions

Cons: There were some minor issues which didn't affect our stay much, but are worth mentioning: - the bathroom sink is really tiny, makes it a bit inconvenient to use, especially for shaving up, - no ventilation in the bathroom, - no wardrobe, so storing clothes conveniently is a bit of a trouble, - thin blankets, - the TV being placed in such a way that it's inconvenient to use

Good for stay in Istanbul

Pros: Location of property is very good. There is metro close enough and a lot of places where to buy food and where to eat (Istiklal street with all its infrastructure is pretty close). The apartments are well equiped, so it won't be a problem to have proper rest and cook someting after a day of sightsiengs. If you are a solo traveler this apartments will fit you well because of their size. Also they are equipped with several places for sleep and it's a + It's a realy nice place to stay.

Cons: The apartament was really small, it's definitely smaller than 35m2. Also, the apartament has very cold floor as it is located on the ground floor. Bedroom has window, but there is no fresh air. So we slept in living room, there was better air conditions. Bathroom is a little bit small) Seriously. Somewhere in there is little mold. If you have any respiratorial conditions, please seek for another option, it can be dangerous for your health. Also, the internet connection was not very stable. If you are going on workation, buy more internet. I believe these characteristics can be mostly applied to a ground floor apartment due to the general building conditions in the area, and the apartments upstairs do not have such problems (except for the internet).

Pros: everything was perfect seriously. if i ever come back to Istanbul i’ll definitely gonna go for this apartments again. the staff was super friendly and view to football field let u watch match free of charge. what more one might want

A good value for money with mandatory cardio exercise :)

Pros: + Good value for money. + Central location. + Clean. + Easy check-in & check-out. + You have what you need.

Cons: - The bathroom sink is a joke, so tiny that there is no chance to wash your face or shave without a mess. - The apartment location is quite steep, may not be suitable for elderly people with luggage.

Great place

Pros: The host is wonderful, and quick to respond to any queries. We had a lovely stay and hope to be back in the future.

Comfortable stay

Pros: Great place to stay in Istanbul, the location is perfect, walking distance from all major attractions. I was familiar with the neighbourhood hence i chose this. The apartment is well furnished with all little details and amenities that you may need. It was quiet and safe and it was possible to cook everyday and have a good breakfast before heading out to explore istanbul. In general the host is considerate of small details and i would recommend.

I had a great stay

Pros: The location was ideal, with easy walking distance to many nice areas. The place was exceptionally clean, and the host was very responsive and helpful. I also found the bed to be very comfortable, and the proximity to supermarkets was very convenient.

Pros: Very comfortable and quiet place. Good place to rest after a walking day in Istanbul and close to Istiklal Cd. and sishane metro station.

Pros: The location is amazing. Right near the Galata Tower. Bus station and metro around 5 min walk.
