Pros: We stayed in this clean, modern, new family suite for 3 nights, 2 bedroom apartment. From the welcome at the door by staff to the clean facilities our stay was perfect. We had everything we needed for our stay, kitchen utencils, tea/coffee, clean, crisp white towels and bedsheets. TV in 2 rooms extra spacious sitting room and separate kitchen/dinner. This was an amazing find. Staff were friendly and always on hand. Location close to Taksim Square. We even had a small outdoor garden space to hang our wet clothes from the beach! There are several handy fresh fruits and vegetable stores close by including a supermarket right across the road for fresh eggs, milk, etc. I mean, barely 10 steps way! A perfect place for getting around town. Loved it! Forgot to add - a functional AC in every room just perfect!
Cons: Nothing. Everything was on point and just perfect fir iur short stay..

Lovely location, place and staff
Pros: Lovely clean apartment and the security staff in the evenings were friendly and very helpful even with things that probably weren't their job (e.g. locating a cork screw)
Cons: It did get a little hot as no window in the bedroom and air con was in the front room. Wouldn't recommend for the height of summer.

Pros: Our appartment was modern and really spacious. And for us the best was the safe place for our motorcyles in the garage.
Cons: The kitchen and living area was very dark and the kitchen was sparsely equipped. We booked an ppartment with private terrace which we could actually not really use as it was kind of part of the communal area.

Amazing building and location. Minor inconveniences. Worth the money.
Pros: The location is great, very central and close to most points of interest. The building is great, vey well renovated, modern design, very clean and spacious. I especially liked the room with the garden access: very cosy.
Cons: Beware if travelling with a car: Even though, a garage is mentioned, it isn’t available for guests. The staff told me to park on the back side of the building where there are parking spaces, although they are not always available as well. It’s also a ~ 10 min walk to the back side, since you have to walk uphill all along the street to go around it. The staff was friendly and helpful but didn’t speak English. However, that’s very common for most of Istanbul. Noise isolation is nonexistent but the bedroom facing the garden was fine.

Pros: Very clean apartment with a stunning view. Unassuming from the outside but exceeded expectations on the inside.
Cons: No signage on the outside so we weren't sure if we were in the correct place but the host responded immediately when I contacted him and helped us.

Pretty great stay for the price and I highly recommend if you’re on a budget!
Pros: Veryyyyy great location. Literally 5 minutes from Taksim Square by walking and easy access to the bridges to get to the Asian side of Istanbul. There’s convenience stores literally right outside the complex and it’s very nice compared to another place we had stayed at before for the price we paid. I would highly recommend.
Cons: The shower would leak because the water wouldn’t run properly so I had to turn off the water multiple times and leave it off for about 4 minutes so it would drain. It got all over the bathroom floor the first time because I did not know.

Pros: Персонал очень дружелюбный, радушный, клиентоориентированный. Месторасположение. Веранда. Наличие пусть и тесного, но паркинга в центре города. Чистый номер, приятные ароматизаторы.
Cons: Отсутствие кофемашины. Мало посуды и отсутствуют чайные ложечки.
