Pros: The room was amazing, with a large bed, and the staff were very nice. We received a warm welcome

Cons: Loud music is played at night in the restaurant, and sometimes the party continues until 4 a.m

Pros: Excellent location Berek the owner is very knowledgeable and supportive.

Cons: Dark colours of rooms, not enough lights but berek the new owner is aware of and in my next visit will see some more changes in property

Location. Very spacious apartment.

Pros: Big clean room with jacuzzi. Sound proof. LOCATION is excellent. Walking distance to many attractions. Good food with discounted price as well. Berke was helpful whenever needed.

Very nice as usual

Pros: My 2nd stay at this hotel, the room is massive, clean, great location, the owner is lovely The downside this time I felt was, curtains were very loose, when opening and closing the curtains, half of it came off. It’s the little things that needs paying attention to.

Super friendly owner. A gentleman

Pros: The location, very friendly, helpful and caring hotel owner. The room size was really big. Jacuzzi tub is a great touch.

Cons: It can get very loud specially from the music noise from restaurants, given its location, at evenings. A lot of fish restaurants too, if window is open for fresh air, be prepared for fish smell all day.

Pros: There was a very helpful and smiling manager. There were clean and hygienic staff. The cleaner was very meticulous. You are right in the middle of Karakoy. When you leave the hotel, everywhere is restaurants, bars and pubs. It was very enjoyable. If I have a holiday in Istanbul again, I will definitely come. I recommend it to everyone.

Pros: Perfect location, smiling staff and a huge luxurious room... I was very pleased. When I come to Istanbul again, I will not bother looking for a hotel. I recommend it. I told them it was my girlfriend's birthday and they sent fruit to our room, very polite behavior
