Pros: The location is great and easily accessible. It is right next to Agia Sophia and very close to the train which takes you to the Asian side, as well as a tram line which goes by all the time. The neighbourhood is quiet yet lively, with all things you could want (restaurants, coffee shops, souvenir shops, clothing stores, etc.) at a close proximity. The staff was also very welcoming, helpful and eager to answer all our questions. Would recommend!

Pros: Wonderful location and great service, especially Rovshan was very helpful and attentive. Kind lady in the kitchen made our mornings too❤️

Cons: Mattresses should be changed (not comfortable and making too much noise)

AMAZING and... CONTARDICTORY.

Pros: Modest breakfast. But about the hotel.... A great delight! Mehmet, the one who welcomed us, proved to have an exceptional character — honest, empathetic, and altruistic. He was one of the very few truly genuine people I have met. The hotel, perfectly located, is a heritage building. Fair, charming, and offering excellent value for money, it is definitely worth revisiting. And the view of Hagia Sophia from the terrace was simply breathtaking. Congratulations!

Cons: More empathy is needed from the staff - with the exception of Mehmet. A mindset I encountered far too often in Istanbul, except during a Bosphorus dinner cruise. It is difficult to understand people’s tendency to deceive you - to seek gain at your expense.

A great stay near the Mosque

Pros: The SultanHill is the perfect place to stay when you visit Istanbul. The location is fenomenal, you are literally steps away from the Blue Mosque and the Ayasofya. The staff is super friendly and helpful, the check in and out process is easy. In your room you have AC and they are changing the towels frequently. The roof terrace is sensational but with some lights and turkish decor it would be even better. We also loved the cats and the nice lady who is serving the delicious breakfast!

Cons: A little renovation in the bathroom is due and more thorough cleaning, but nothing was unbearable!
