Hotel Spectra Sultanahmet

Go for it and you will not be let down!!

Pros: Hotel Spectra is in the heart of Sultanahmet area. Pros: We got a room where we could see Blue mosque from our room and view it from my bed, what more can i ask for in this trip. We had breakfast included in our booking; Food was good and the buffet was good enough to start the day. Room was cleaned every day whether we ask for it or not. The lady even folded our clothes and arranged it, that's a real bonus. I couldn't ask for more. The receptionist ( we had met with 2-3 people) was super helpful and they arranged Bosphorus tours which is a highlight of our tour. They helped us navigate local Turkish restaurants and with menu as well.

Cons: Cons: Room was bit tight for 4 people, but we came to room only to sleep so it didn't affect us at all Breakfast menu kept repeating every day, so kids werent happy on the last day. Luckily pan cakes helped them. Don't worry about the cons, something i gave as feedback for hotel. This shouldn't stop you from booking this hotel, i would definitely come back here when am back in Istanbul and will definitely recommend for anyone travelling here Thank you for making our stay memorable.

Fantastic location with stunning view. Really nice hotel

Pros: The location is absolutely fantastic, the hotel is right in front of the Blue Mosque which we could see in full from our room. The view was stunning! It is walking distance from all attraction in Sultanahmet, and public transport (metro, tram and waterfront) are all available very close. The room was very well insulated and thus quiet and warm. The staff was really nice and gentle. Overall, our stay at Hotel Spectra was great.

Pros: Location is excellent, close to many points of interest. Staff very welcoming and helpful. This was my second stay there and will return again if in Istanbul.

EXCEPTIONAL STAY

Pros: I liked everything; The Hotel's location is ideal The food is delicious and varied. The room is clean, tidy and contains everything mentioned in the description. The hotel is located in a safe and quite area with no noise at night. The Internet service is excellent. Most important, the hotel's staff are extremely respectful, cooperative and kind. My stay was relatively long -13 days- during which I felt as if I were in my home in Istanbul, surrounded by my family. Special thanks to Metin, Hasan, Yasin and to the rest of the hotel staff

LFC at Galatasaray, Istanbul is great!

Pros: A fantastic welcome from Metin he was very friendly and helpful and explained the area & trips available. Even got any early check in as my room was ready. Location could hardly be any closer to the Blue Mosque.

Cons: The bathroom was small but manageable.

We were very happy in this hotel. Small but fitted the bill.

Pros: Comfortable. Great Breakfast. Hospitality drinks. Very helpful and courteous. tea and coffee in room, great location for the sites, Fab taxi arranged for return to airport, kept luggage during the day, late booking out time
