Pros: Excellent stay. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. All staff were friendly and helpful, especially the receptionist and the lady in charge of breakfast.Would definitely stay again.

Great location, lovely terrace

Pros: The manager was extremely helpful with lots of local tips to improve our holiday. We really enjoyed the terrace with great views of the sea and the city. The location was good - in a community rather than a completely tourist orientated.area.

Cons: I thought the bedroom was rather small and it looked out onto a dumping area outside which was full of screeching seagulls early in the morning.

Wonderful

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at City Hall Hotel. Everything was excellent, from the spacious and comfortable rooms to the attentive service. The breakfast was good, varied, fresh offering something for every taste. The overall atmosfhere of the hotel made our experience enjoyable. I highly recomend this hotel for everyone visiting Istanbul especially for the welcoming enviroment and staff.

Comfortable location, friendly staff

Pros: The team is very friendly, they even reached me out few days before the arrival advising methods of transportation and offering their services. The breakfast are has pleasant view and a very nice person preparing the dishes.

Cons: Cant say anything, everything was so comfortable and I was busy exploring the city.

Great hotel and amazing staff

Pros: The hotel looked nice. The room was cozy and had all we needed. The receptionists were really helpful, starting from our arrival at the hotel early morning, until after our checkout. We forgot something in the room and they helped us again by sending the item to UK. The location is great, it’s close to the main points and has all you need around. Totally worth the money!

Very nice and well located hotel - all you need to spend quality time visiting Istanbul

Pros: Very nice breakfast buffet proposed on the top roof terrasse, nice view over Marmara sea and princes island , coffee tea and homemade baking, cooking proposed. Service from staff was really nice, and even seeing her cooking buffet dishes. Air conditioning on room was perfect and so much needed after very hot day outside sightseeing city. We had a very nice evening talk with the owner and very please to discuss and know a bit more local. Location is very good, 5min walk from Tramway Line 1, which keep us perfectly located to go from airport bus stop (aksaray) to Kabatas (ferry to Asia), and cover all touristic area.

Cons: Would have like a proper fruit juice at breakfast, but this is really to say something here... Stay was very pleasant.
