Pros: Location was excellent to access old town and Blue Mosque etc. Special thank you to all the staff who couldn’t do enough for us and especially the Bell captain and Bell Team. We can highly recommend

Despite a small glitch in the room, the managment and staff prompt response to the situation deserves commendation.

Pros: The charm of the decor and the overall interior befitting of old city. The view from rooftop restaurant was spectacular.

Cons: Lack of a gym.

Pros: The room was very clean, comfortable, and well appointed. The breakfast was also very good. All of the staff were exceptional, extremely helpful, friendly and very welcoming. They could not do enough for you. Bell Captain and his team were always on hand to ensure we were well looked after and catered for.

Would definitely stay here again first time in Istanbul and choosing this hotel with its wonderful team was perfect !

Pros: Beautiful rooms and art boutique hotel. Staff were so credibly and can not do enough for you ! Hotel site is in the heart of the old city very easy to walk to all the attractions

Excellent

Pros: The room was very good, the beds are super comfortable and design is cosy. The staff in the whole hotel was great, starting with the Bell team and the bell captain, at the reception and at the restaurant was exceptionally good, the hostes was excellent, along with the waiter. The breakftast was also very good.

Unexpected discovery

Pros: Good location, less than 1 hour from IST airport, 10 min by foot from main attractions of Sultanahmet. Very friendly, attentive and supportive stuff. Stunning views from the restaraunt on Bosphorus and surroundings. Excellent breakfast.

Pros: Excellent hotel situated in Sultanahmet, within walking distance to major visiting sites, tram station and Grand Bazaar! Their staff are always welcoming and very helpful; breakfast is just awesome, comfy quiet beautiful rooms, and splendid basement spa. Worth recommending.

Cons: The shower in the bath forces us to step over into the bath every time to take a shower. Best to consider upgrading the layout of the bathroom and toilet. Otherwise our stay was perfect.

Luxury staff in the city

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at Ajwa Hotel. The staff were extremely welcoming, polite, and always ready to help. Overall, Turkish people are very kind and hospitable, which made our stay even more pleasant. The room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night’s rest. We really appreciated the late check-out, which was a big plus for us. The team was very professional and attentive — before check-out, they even reminded us to double-check all our documents and passports, which we found very thoughtful. A great experience overall. Highly recommended.

Pros: The location is great, if you're in istanbul for a short stay and want to be close to the sites. The rooms are luxurious and the staff very helpful. The Bellteam and Bellcaptain were exceptionally hospitable and made our stay special!

Cons: The buffet breakfast was standard fare, nothing exceptional.

Excellent experience in a beautiful city

Pros: The staff are all excellent. From front desk, concierge and breakfast - All very polite and always helpful. The design, materials and facilities are all excellent. Great design in keeping with historic traditions. Excellent quality of materials used everywhere - The white marble and details with great craftsmanship. Excellent spa facilities - I just had a tour and did not have time to use but all looked great.

Cons: Lighting in room could be brighter but that is not really a dislike it’s personal preference.
