Pros: Good location, 5-7 min. walk to main objects. Strong WiFi in the room, nice view to the see, always hot water available. Very nice helpful and friendly staff!

Pros: The staff and the location were brilliant. Very welcoming and cosy good value for money. They had heater and AC in the rooms. Lift in the building and 24hr reception desk. They all spoke english which was a bonus. Very helpful

Cons: The room was dusty so it needed a good clean under beds etc. Booking.com said there is breakfast included but when we arrived they did not have a breakfast service and the hotel staff said they had told Booking.com this but they're not sure why it still offers it.

Basic hotel close to historical areas

Pros: The staff were attentive. I requested to check in late and Ergun made sure to message me when my plane landed. He arranged for a transport service right away. The check in/check out process were easy.

Cons: Nothing. You get what you pay for -- basic accomodation close to all places tourists frequent when in Istanbul. There is no need to spend extra for taxis. Restaurants are just around the corner so no need to go far.

Pros: Very good hotel in terms of location, the staff, especially the view and communication with personal. Very close to historical side of the city, grand bazaar and tram station. The staff is sometimes too friendly, with turkish hospitality.

Pros: Location was Amazing, right in the middle of Istanbul. Secondly staff was very friendly and helpful especially Ergun who helped us in arranging tours and guided us well. We enjoyed our stay.
