Pros: I had a very pleasant stay in this hotel (long stay), the room was clean confortable and quiet, the hotel is not far from tram station 5 minutes so well located. Thank you Muhammad the manager for the very good care and daily attention, he arranged me for everything I felt like home and in safe place. This is a very friendly and family or solo traveller hotel I do recommend Valeria for the quality of service and affordable price. Thank you for everything I will surely come back!

Pros: Hosts were lovely and very helpful, the rooms are big and comfortable. There are AC units, fridge, iron, hairdryer, etc. The Location was perfect.

Lovely stay

Pros: Staying at this hotel truly felt like being at home. The staff treated us like family, always checking in to see if we needed anything and taking such wonderful care of my mom. The location is amazing , just a short walk to all the main areas. They even helped us arrange a transfer to the hotel at a great price, which made our departure stress-free. The room was lovely, comfortable, clean, and honestly more than what we expected for the price. When I asked for the cleaning, it was done immediately. We felt genuinely welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

Great staff and value for money

Pros: The room was very clean and modern and the staff were very friendly and helpful and gave us us some recommendations and a map to make our stay in Istanbul enjoyable

Cons: The location felt a little unsafe at night but this is not the fault of the hotel

Pros: The hotel had a very good location, the stuff was extremely friendly and helpful. We stayed with friends, all of us had to do some online meetings and it was super convenient from the room. Big thanks to the team!

Super nice staff and location

Pros: Location, shower, very helpful and receptive staff (Mustafa and the other guys).

Cons: Staita under construction that made it difficult for a disabled person (which was our case) to pass through. Other than that, everything was fine!

Pros: The location is excellent and the management is very keen for customer satisfaction. They upgrade our room to a better one once we ask to fix the shower they said it may take time instead they upgrade the room
