Perfect place for Istanbul Centre

Pros: Staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. They also organised transfer to and from the airport (at a fee of course) and pointed us to really good restaurants. The area is excellent: just a few minutes from all the major sites such as the Grand Bazaar (the streets are steep and the pavements are very uneven: walking is for the sure footed except around the sights). There is a sauna, massage and fitness and they have various programs for it. I believe the fitness is free.

Cons: The beds are honestly a bit smallish and wobbly so to speak. Breakfast is good to excellent, but the liquid they portray as orange juice has not seen many oranges during its’ manufacturing process.

Comfortable, clean, good location, helpful staff

Pros: The location is great, few minutes from main square. Very clean and comfortable, very polite and helpful staff. Our request for close room on upper floors was accommodated immediately and everything else we needed. Definitely recommend!

Cons: Breakfast lasts until 10:30 which is great, but the cleaning starts from 10 already, so a bit uncomfortable while finishing breakfast, could be modified. Other than that, all fine.

Good value for money, super clean and good night sleep

Pros: New everything is working, all the facilities working good. Well equipped gym, just enough. Breakfast was ok, as always can be a bit more improved but the standard things are there.

Cons: Cleanness, modernity and professionalism of staff. They even gave us wine glasses upon request and umbrellas. Thank you again, I would recommend and would come back next time.

Wonderful stay at a very central location

Pros: We had a great time, location of the hotel is wonderful. Major sights within 15 min walk. Staff ever so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very tasty and plentiful. The room was spacious and clean. Bathroom was complete and clean. All and all, I would go there again for sure.

Cons: My only suggestion would be to serve fresh juices instead of machine-made lemonade.

Amazing hotel and perfect location!!

Pros: This hotel is perfect for location, just a 5 mins walk from the Tram line and 10 mins away from The Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. The staff were amazing and made sure we were comfortable, the room was very clean. Special thanks to Utku and Selman. We will be back to stay here!

Amazing!

Pros: Amazing Location. Clean and tidy. Amazing breakfast options, spa and sauna.

Cons: Everything was amazing, the hotel staff was great, as we are a family with kids, it was amazing to have a great hotel to stay at.

Pros: Excellent experience! The staff was very kind and helpful, and the room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Everything was perfect, and I would definitely choose this place again. Highly recommended.
