Pros: The location of the hotel is perfect and near so many attraction places and it’s near the tramway also the staff team are very nice and really helpful. Special thanks to Kadir, he was very nice and helpful to us.

Pros: Breakfast & personal. I wanted to say thank you to the guys at the reception for their responsiveness, to the chefs for the delicious breakfasts, and to the staff for the clean rooms.

Pros: 1. Generous staff. All of them are kind and eager to help guests. 2. Breakfast is very nice. There are a lot of choices for the selection. 3. Hotel facilities are great. Comfy bed. Specious room. 4. The location is excellent. We can walk to Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Hippodrome, Topkapi palace and Basilica cistern by walking from the hotel.

Cons: 1. The lift is small but it's not a big deal for us. 2. There are few steps from the ground to the accommodation's 1st floor. If you have a big luggage, this might not be comfortable to carry along the steps. However, the hotel staff helped my lady friends carry the luggage for us.

Pros: Located 10 minutes walk from the Hagia Sophia, the Basilica Cistern and other famous sites this hotel is in a great location. The room was clean and the staff helpful and friendly. You don't need to walk far for shopping or eating either and the tram is just up the hill. We were very pleased with this hotel and would consider staying here again if we were to return to Istanbul.

Pros: I liked the location of the hotel, close to the tram, and the breakfast was varied and good. The reception staff were very friendly and helped me with how to get to some areas in Istanbul, especially the beloved Zakia. I highly recommend the hotel.

Pros: Close to tram station, sultan Ahmet mosque. Helpful staff. Breakfast was good. Rooms were clean and so was washroom.

Cons: Rooms were a bit cramped however beds were comfortable.
