THE PERFECT HOTEL

Pros: Our experience at Pell Palace Hotel & Spa was amazing. The location is perfect very close to the Blue Mosque and Santa Sofía and The Gran Bazaar. The people who is working at the hotel is very friendly and always ready to help. We will be back to this hotel when we will come to Istanbul. 😍

Pros: The staff were so lovely and helpful, really impressed with the hospitality. The room was lovely and clean and the location was ideal, very close to everything. The spa is great and excellent deals offered. There are lots of tours on offer at reception too. Breakfast is a nice addition.

Pros: I really like this hotel because it is conveniently located close to all the places I wanted to visit. The hotel staff are friendly and very helpful. Special thanks to a staff member named Gizem for assisting us with booking bus tickets and round-trip flights to Cappadocia. You truly made our travel arrangements much easier. Thank you so much. I would definitely stay here again in the future 🤍

Comfortable and convenient with helpful service, fantastic breakfast and a good vibe.

Pros: Location was convenient but off the main streets which was ideal. Well presented reception area, excellent staff, breakfast was outstanding and enjoyed a spa treatment. The room was a good size and we liked the balcony and roof top vista to the Med.

Cons: The shower was small but worked well.

Pros: The location, value for money, but the best thing about this hotel is the staff. From the moment we arrived we were greeted warmly with smiles from everyone ranging from the front reception to porterage, to breakfast room attendants, and housekeeping. We would highly recommend this hotel because of the staff.
