Pros: Very nice hotel good location for everything Definitely stay again

Pros: Pros: - Excellent location - walking distance to all main sites (Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace, Galata Bridge, Grand Bazar, Spices Bazar, Bosphorus cruise, etc.). In my 2.5 days in Istanbul, I was able to walk around Sultanahmet and not use any public transit or taxis. - Excellent overall value for money. - Good breakfast with sufficient sweet and savory options and a breathtaking panoramic view on Hagia Sophia and Bosphorus. - Very welcoming, professional and friendly staff - from the reception to the restaurant to the lobby staff, everyone was very nice and appreciative of each guest.

Cons: Cons: - Shower gel was not provided (only little shampoo bottles), so perhaps the quality of the toiletries offered could be improved. - Some noise can be heard from the corridors and neighboring rooms, so you might need earplugs (depending on your noise sensitivity).

Amazing hotel for our family city trip.

Pros: Very clean hotel in prime location. The staff is very accommodating and very, very friendly. Everyone is smiley. Special thanks to Ozgur and Hotel Manager Aslan. Their restaurant has great selection of delicious food and the view from the restaurant is spectacular.

Great location & helpful staff

Pros: I had a lovely day here very well located on the staff were really helpful and friendly, especially Omer. Because it’s so central of course is a little bit of noise but otherwise it was great and I really enjoyed the breakfast and would recommend.

Cons: a little bit of noise and a little bit of Light through the curtains, so room not totally dark at night.

Great stay, the whole staff and the incredible view from the terrace made the experience magic!

Pros: Nice and elegant hotel, the whole staff was welcoming from day one, Emre at the reception is a star! They gave us all the information and a map to move around the city with no problem. The position is just perfect in the middle among all the most important places to visit. The breakfast in the terrace is very well organised and rich, the view from there is just a magic plus. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Cons: Nothing to mention really. The rooms were maintained well, clean and spacious.

A wonderful family holiday.

Pros: 1. The proximity of the hotel to the places of interest. 2. The Staff were very friendly and approachable. 3. The manager, Aslan, made sure that our airport transfer & accommodation were arranged as per request. He also shared with us the place to dine and how travel within Istanbul. 4. The sunrise view from the roof terrace during breakfast was magnificent.

Lovely hotel + great location

Pros: Arden city hotel is great. My room was the “superior” category. Bed was good, room was clean. Ômer at the reception was very kind and helpful with me and my family.

Cons: Elevator is small, but the team made sure to assist us with the luggage.
