The most value for money hotel in the most ideal location

Pros: The view from the terrace was breathtaking. The personnel was very polite, friendly and eager to help. The location was ideal, next to Hagia Sophia and the centre of the roman city.

Pros: An exceptional hotel just 3 minutes away from Hagia Sophia. The view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking and truly unforgettable. The room was spotless, comfortable, and fully met-even exceeded-our expectations. The hotel’s spa services were outstanding, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to relax. The staff (especially Mohammed and Hasan from the breakfast) was always cheerful, professional, and extremely helpful, making our overall experience even more enjoyable. I will definitely choose this hotel again!!!

Pros: Location is amazing, roof top terrace for breakfast, that later becomes restaurant, is very nice. Spa+Turkish bath is very good with a great selection of options.

Cons: The soundproof between rooms is not great. Our room was facing a lively walking street with restaurants, and it can get a bit noisy in the evenings.

A brilliant stay!

Pros: Brilliant location, close to the Blue Mosque and all historical sites in Sultanahmet, accessible on foot. The staff is friendly and helpful. They provide great and honest advice on what to do and not do in Istanbul (an example of “what not to do” being to get a cab without taking a couple of precautionary steps!). Our room was clean and comfortable, with a great en-suite bathroom and a good WiFi. The on-site restaurant offers great Turkish dishes; we had a treat! Breakfast was excellent, with a large selection. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would definitely consider visiting again!

Pros: The hotel Is located in a strategic position: near the mosques 5 minutes on foot, nearby you can also find the metro station and the tram station. The staff is very kind and professional and the rooms are clean and nice. The cherry on the cake is that you can have breakfast on the rooftop.

Cons: If I have to find a detail that is not good in the space in front of the hotel there is working progress in the street and in other buildings, but nothing that can influence my positive impression.

Cons: Considering the reviews and ratings, I expected a bit more. The bed and pillows are not the most comfortable, and the room pictures on Booking do not fully match reality.

Heart of istanbul

Pros: Excellent location.literally on the door step to all the sighseeing attractions. Area around the hotel is picturesque lined with eateries and cobbled roads. Breakfast was good with a lot of variety. Mr Hassan was an angel in every way. His energy, paying attention to detail and making guest feel so special. Staff were kind and provided whatever was required and needed.

Cons: Room maintenance especially the bathroom was an issue. Dirty clogged shower heads, broken bidet handles and the hotel definitely has a drainage issue. We booked 3 rooms and all 3 bathrooms had a sewage smell, but in their defence what was asked to be fixed, they attended to it immediately. No body lotion provided which is an essential with the other toiletries. The management needs to pay more attention to detail especially the bathroom maintenance and shower pressure is good but shower is rather compact. The worse thing is that the rooms are not sound proof. Every noise and conversation right up to the taps being opened can be heard of the next room, so if you are a light sleeper then its a major minus. Generally an overall good experience though.
