Pros: The staff was very kind helpful and always available especially at the reception. A special thanks to Cesur for his kindness and professionalism and to the night receptionist who was always there and kept the reception open 24 hours making us feel safe and well taken care of. I really appreciated the honesty the friendly atmosphere and the care shown to guests. I wish the new management all the best and I’m sure the hotel will continue to improve
