Comfortable and pleasant. Very helpful staff. Better than expected for the price.

Pros: The staff of the hotel made our stay a memorable one. It was my missus's birthday and they surprised us with a small cake and a personalised note in our native language! My wife wanted to taste some local beer, which they provided promptly. The next morning when I asked for the price of it, they refused to take money! Shoutout to Mr. Ali from the reception and the bellboy for taking such good care of us. The hotel is centrally located and near the Grand Bazaar and rhe Mosques as well with a bit of a slope to climb which isn't much considering the terrain of Istanbul. Tram stop is accessible as well. All the basic amenities and facilities are available in the hotel and they provide local tours and taxis at very reasonable rates as well. Cleanliness is on point. Rooms are as exactly as they appear in the photos. Bonus: Don't miss the chubby cat at the main reception!

Cons: Our length of stay in the hotel. Really nothing else to complain.

Pros: First of all the hotel cat, the location(extremely close to important historical checkpoints and great public transport connections), the hotel staff, tasty breakfast.

Cons: The room size, it was smaller than what we booked (supposed to have 17 sq meters, it had 13 according to the room plan), the balcony door didn't close airtight so there was a lot of cold air coming in and noise due to the same reason, it was reduced in some part by pulling the curtains all the way. Also no insulation in the walls, you could hear every noise or discussion from the next door rooms, luckily those rooms stayed mostly empty during our stay.
