Pros: The location is very good, just up the road is Galata tower and down the road leads you to the bridge to the Asian side where there are the famous Mosques and bazars with plenty of shops and restaurants.I was going to stay near Taksim square but changed my mind after checking the location near the Galata tower..we olso bought a istanbul travel card and it was very easy to go around Istanbul.,Hotel was clean and staff very helpful... thank you 😍

Pros: I overall had a good experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location is excellent — just a short walk from Galata Tower, Galata Port, and Istiklal Street.

Cons: The rooms are not well soundproofed, so noise from neighboring rooms can be heard. The towels were not as clean as expected. Also, the area has many steep hills, which might be challenging for guests with knee or joint issues (this is typical for the neighborhood). The hotel offers good value for the price despite these minor issues

Pros: The room was great , lots of light. The location is perfect , the stuff always smiling and very helpful

Pros: The property is close to the Galata Tower, easy to find, and provides very convenient access to the main tourist attractions. The staff deserves a 10+, being very kind and attentive, always available to offer information and help with any issue.

Pros: The location of the property was excellent, making it easy to reach all the main attractions. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We also really enjoyed the buffet breakfast, which offered a wide and tasty selection.

Cons: However, the cleanliness could use some improvement, and the maintenance needs more attention. The towel holder had fallen off and the shower hose was leaking, which slightly affected the overall experience.
