a clean and reliable facility

Pros: This is a perfect choice for those seeking a clean, quiet, and peaceful stay. The breakfast was quite sufficient, the room was spacious and clean, and the towels and linens were hygienic. The reception staff were very polite and courteous; we thank them for upgrading our room to a higher category free of charge. The hotel staff contacted us as soon as we entered the room to ask if we needed anything was a very thoughtful and kind gesture. Thank you for everything.

Pros: The staff was super nice and helpful. ZAYED made our check-in seamless and great, he also helped us finding a parking. SALIM was exceptionally helpful, gave us tips on how to navigate efficiently and during our checkout, he arranged where we can park the car to load our luggages, it was hustle free. Thanks to MERAL, we had a clean and fresh room everyday. And big thanks to the owner, who checked on us everyday, asking if we needed something and if everything is good, and so on. All that made our stay as good as it can be.

The service deserves high compliments!

Pros: Amazing service! It's better than any hotels I've stayed in Istanbul so far. They provided amazing breakfast and not forgetting the wonderful views from where we sat. The owner, Zeyneb and her team are very attentive to all the guests and try to provide the best hospitality as they can. They even provided an Istanbulkart for guests to have options to take the public transport. The room is clean and we had Meral who did an amazing job keeping our rooms clean everyday. The hotel is close to Galata Tower and many other local shops around. Overall, we were highly satisfied with our stay and will recommend it for travellers to Istanbul.

Cons: Nothing much that we didn't like.

Priceworthy stay

Pros: I liked the breakfast, the service at the desk and by the rest of the staff, especially the housekeeper Meral. She was very kind and helpful. The restaurant had an amazing view and it was nice to go out on the roof after breakfast
