Pros: Really it was a good stay, great greating by the staff , especially Mr. SUAAT reception he was very helpful and friendly, always smiling and asking if we needed help. Great experience , good location , near to all facilities, metro, bus station, market and behind Galata tower and 5 min walking to istiklal street Thank you guys .

Pros: I felt very comfortable at this hotel, Suat was very friendly and helpful, he even gave me 2 hours late check out easily.

Cons: There were no curtains on some of the windows so in the morning the light comes in, but it wasn't a big deal for me to be honest

Pros: Although I booked a standard room, the receptionist gave me a superior room with a great view of the city from the window. The administrator gave me great advices for getting around the city. The location of the hotel is in the city center and near the Galata Castle.

Great budget hotel in the heart of Galata

Pros: Very kind and helpful staff. Location is excellent, right in the heart of Galata near the tower. Good for budget travel.

Cons: It wasnt dirty but could have been cleaner. Also, the a/c unit was noisy. I didnt mind it because I wear earplugs but others might.

Pros: The property is at a prime location just a short stroll to Galata Tower. Very nice clean rooms and excellent cooperative staff. The reception manager Sinan is very cooperative and recommended excellent places to visit in 2 days I had. I highly recommend this hotel.

Pros: The hotel is located in a historical area close to everything. Rooms are small but convenient. The employees are polite and friendly, this is an important detail. Cleanliness should be improved a bit, rooms should be cleaned every day. They helped us throughout our stay. It is worthy of Istanbul.
