Very good location & price
Pros: Excelent location, safe and easy to go touristic places, near ferry to asia side. Good breakfast, different every day. Clean and simple room. Friendly staff You can leave your luggage for free
Cons: Sometimes only cold water and double bed wasn't double, that was two single bed just put together

Comfortable stay

Pros: All good! The location is perfect—super close to everything and safe. The staff are incredibly helpful, kind, and welcoming. They even offered me a cake for my birthday ( thank you 🥰), and they were thoughtful and friendly the entire time. I really appreciate my stay and will for sure go back soon 🤗

Amazing hotel
Pros: The hotel room was very nice, big and clean. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was very good and the personnel was very nice and helpful during the whole stay. The hotel is well located, not far from the Galata Tower and very close to the public transport!

Pleasant new hotel in a historic district of Istanbul
Pros: This is a really nice hotel in the old district of Galata - easier to get to compared to other hotels in the area, newly-built, with functioning elevator, quiet, comfortable beds and facilities. It's a short walk to Galata tower, Istiklal street, and numerous restaurants and cafes. The weather was quite cold when I visited, so coming back to the warm hotel room was quite nice.
Cons: The only thing to keep in mind while booking is that Galata is a hilly district, and like old towns in general, parking is an issue. But that's not a hotel issue, of course. In fact, you don't need to climb steep slopes to get to the hotel, which also makes a difference if you call a cab.

Pros: The property was nicely renovated but it lacked some soundproofing it was not a big deal but one night we had to ask the reception to inform the next door room about their tv

A pleasant stay in Istanbul.
Pros: A new, excellent hotel, a 5-minute walk to Galata Tower, close to Galata Port, Istanbul's main attractions, and public transportation. The Deluxe Room overlooking the courtyard (garden) is large, comfortable, and quiet. The hotel is clean. Very friendly service, and late-night check-in is possible. Simple but very good Turkish breakfasts are served until 10:30 a.m. Good Wi-Fi.

Exceptional Stay. We Will Definitely Return!
Pros: We had a wonderful experience at this hotel from the moment we arrived. The staff were truly exceptional — both at the reception and at breakfast. Everyone was warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. When they found out it was my husband’s birthday, they surprised us with a plate of fresh fruit delivered to our room. This thoughtful gesture made our day and left such a positive impression. Their kindness and attention to detail are simply outstanding. The hotel itself is new, spotless, and very comfortable. We were traveling with our dog, and it was great that the property is pet-friendly — this made our stay even more enjoyable. A special thanks as well to the receptionist (unfortunately, I cannot remember his name) who arranged a taxi to the airport for us. It was extremely convenient and much appreciated. We are already planning to come back next year and will absolutely choose this hotel again. Thank you so much for the wonderful service and care!
