Pros: We enjoyed the design of the room as well as the ideal location. The staff is very kind and helpful, and always available to answer questions or provide advises on the best ways to visit Istanbul. To be noted: very quiet room despite being in the center of the city -our room was not on the road, which could be different if it was-

Cons: The room we had was almost blind -windows are roughly 1 meter from an outside wall- which does not provide much luminosity-

Pros: I did not have any breakfast. Location was perfect.

Such a great alternative to a mainstream 5* hotel chains

Pros: Great service - special thanks to Umut for his professionalism and willingness to help. Made our stay very pleasant. Additionally, the interiors are so nice - lots of interesting details and premium materials.

Cons: Quite noisy sometimes, but not too bad - I’d say it’s expected from a historic old building in a loud central location.

Pros: Quaint boutique hotel with lovely decor. Very comfortable bed. Towels and bathrobes were excellent quality.

Cons: A little noisy at night. We could hear people and movement from the floor above.the wifi was not working

Great accomodation

Pros: -breakfast in Turkish style -elevator was a plus considering only the 2-floors of the building -location was great, at 5 minutes from Galata tour

Cons: -noise from the upper room, noise from outside

Pros: Convenient to most tourist attractions. Hotel staff were very friendly.

Would recommend this as a friendly boutique hotel with a great location

Pros: Location is excellent - 5 minute walk to tram stop - 5 mins to Galata Tower Rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean Breakfast was available immediately when we came downstairs in morning Lovely friendly atmosphere

Pros: Very beautiful, clean and well maintained hotel. People at the hotel were very helpful and friendly especially Murat, Beyza and Umut. Breakfast was outstanding and room was very very comfortable

Pros: The room and bathroom were spacious, the staff very kind and accommodating. The location is very central.

Cons: The Friday/Saturday night noise from a nearby club and not great sound proofing of the ceiling - noise from the above room.

Walking distance to every thing is at one of the famous streets

Pros: It’s new, clean in the heart of Galata, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was too nice 👌🏽

Cons: Our room was beautiful but didn’t have a view and when you try to open the window there was a wall.
