This hotel is exceptional. The staff, the rooms and location were fabulous!

Pros: We loved this hotel, the rooms were fantastic and the staff done absolutely everything to assist our stay. Honestly one of the best hotels I have stayed in!

Cons: Nothing, would happily stay again.

Pros: Beautiful place with lovely room in an excellent location! Exceptional staff who were very welcoming from the first moment we walked through the door, friendly throughout our stay with lots of personal touches and surprise gifts, and looked after us well the whole time. We were so impressed with the reception staff, security staff and the cleaning staff who were all absolutely lovely. Thank you!

A memorable stay close to the Old City attractions

Pros: If you are looking for a boutique hotel with a historical charm in a good location near the Galata tower, this hotel is excellent. A 5-7 min walk to the Karakoy station to get the T1 to the Old City historical sites such as the Blue Mosque, Palace, Sophia Hagia, etc. The staff are very professional and prompt. The service is excellent and the staff are always available at you service. A special thanks to Batuhan, Yunus and the entire reception staff for making our stay very comfortable.

Cons: The wifi could have been better and I did struggle with getting a stable connection. Again this is not a reflection on the staff and something the hotel itself should look into.

Pros: It was one of the best hotels' experience I've ever had. The hotel is amazing as it is located in a historical bulding. However, the key advantage is staff. They made our staying exeptional. Everything was perfect, I do recommend to stay here.

Your best choice for a city discovery

Pros: Location is excellent as in a calm and beautiful area while 2 mins walk from great sightseeing spots. The neighborhood is to me the best to stay while visiting the city. The hotel is charmful and staff is at its best for you to enjoy your stay. Full of attention and always on for the extra mile.

Wonderful decor and location. Just beware of the steep slope to karakoy and trams!

Lovely boutique hotel with great location

Pros: Such a lovely building in great location !!! Staffs are so lovely we had some issue but response so quick from them. Professional team!!! Breakfast is very good as well !!!

Cons: Room faced courtyard so if event was on, could be noisy
