Excellent good value hotel in a superb location.

Pros: Extremely pleasant hotel in an excellent location, literally next to the Galata Tower, one of Istanbuls key landmarks. All the staff were helpful and welcoming. Our room perhaps could have done with a little TLC but it was warm, spacious with incredible views across the city with a large comfy bed, fridge, kettle etc. The daily room service was excellent and upon arrival we were given a free breakfast upgrade which was served on the enclosed roof top terrace and has breathtaking views over the city. Its perfectly possible to walk to most of the key sights from the Hotel. The nearest ferry stop is a 15 minute walk downhill to the river. We couldn't really fault the hotel or its location

Cons: The breakfast was slightly disappointing but was very generous in quantity, with a hot plate of eggs/omelette etc and a large plate of cheese and salad to follow with unlimited tea and coffee. Our only real gripe was the WiFi which only seemed to work only in the downstairs coffee shop and was hard to access.

Good hotel with friendly staff.

Pros: Great location, very friendly staff. Even though the hotel is in a busy area, I didn’t hear any noise at night. For a solo traveler - great choice. Close to all major attractions and enough places to eat, drink and shop around.

Cons: Could use a bit more free sockets to charge your devices. Connecting to WiFi can be a challenge. Although the room had a Nespresso machine, there was no coffee cups provided.

Pros: I had the junior suit which was a quite room, but believe not all rooms are quiet. The breakfast and the view from terrace was beautiful. Location was very good. The receptionist I guess his name was Kağan so polite and helpful. Thanks.

Cons: The cleaning service wakes you up quite early. But a minor problem.
