Biter Hotel

We really liked our stay at Biter hotel.

Pros: The hotel is great. The rooms were clean and they were cleaned daily. The staff at the reception desk were kind and helpful. The good thing was also a big refrigerator in the room and the option to buy cold drinks in the lobby at any time. The breakfast was really good, we usually went to breakfast at the end of the breakfast time and there was always enough food. Likewise, the parking was great. We went by car and it was very important to us. The parking is in the hotel's yard, so covered by cameras and it had a roof to protect cars from the weather. Another great thing is that the hotel is located at a great location. We walked to the Galata bridge and even to the Topkapi palace. It also has great connection through public transport - everything is just few stops away. I do recommend Biter hotel to everyone.

Cons: Everything was great, although the pillows could be a bit softer.

Will definitely come back again.

Pros: Our 2nd time here. Breakfast was excellent. Would be good to extend the breakfast menu a bit. The view from the 3rd floor is also superb. Value for money.

Pros: The hotel is clean and with reasonable price. The receptionist Ismail is friendly and helpful, he provides all the help I need, I really appreciate that.

Cons: The facilities are relatively old, and the room is small, but considering its price, can't complain.

Pros: The hotel is close to Galata Bridge and the rooftop offers a panoramic view of the city.

Cons: The shower needs to be changed.

Pros: The location is wonderful, the staff are great and the breakfast is nice and full of variety

Cons: Only thing I could pick on is that it feels a little out dated and could do with a freshen up. But overall I loved it.

I would recommend it as fairly basic, but clean and good value.

Pros: Everything was as advertised. No surprises. My room was cleaned and the towels changed every day. The rooftop and free tea and coffee were a bonus.

Cons: I would have liked more convenient access to the metro system.

Pros: Everything was amazing! The location, views, people and breakfast. There is a big terrace on top of the building and a parking space next to hotel.

A calm peaceful pleasant stay

Pros: The area of this hotel was perfect. So much to do and explore. Breakfast was really nice. The hotel was very clean. The room had everything you could need. The staff were super kind, helpful and professional. I will definitely come back. I loved it here so much.

Cons: Everything was excellent.

Pros: Nice hotel with a terrace that overlooks the Golden Horn.

Comfortable stay

Pros: We mostly used the accommodation for sleeping, but we really liked almost everything: the staff was friendly and helpful, the room was small but cosy and the terrace on the rooftop was a plus - the view was terrific from there! The food for breakfast was very varied. We could buy water at the reception for a good price which was a comfortable option.

Cons: Avenue next door is noisy, but its not the hotel's fault of course. Drink options for breakfast are quite sparse (only turkish tea and cheap instant coffee was available).
