very accommodating and pleasant staff, good value for money

Pros: great service, super accommodating with flight delays and cancellations, could pay for one night less than reservation due to arriving late. Good value for money, decently good facilities, the mattresses are old but beds have a mattress topper which is new and clean.

Cons: walls are very think and the mattresses are super old

Pros: Properties is very okay and very clean and the staff is very good to stop. Behaviour is very nice towards with me specially the person name is Yakup.. whenever I ask for help or whenever I feel some problem even I just called them or even whenever I lost my way road I call him and he help me for any possible way. I enjoy my experience and I recommend them hundred percent.

Pros: We had a good one night stay. The room has everything you need. Mr.Yakub at the reception speaks good English and was very helpful, he let us leave our backpacks after checkout for a few hours so we could see the city more conviniently.

Pros: I recently stayed at cobali hotel and had an amazing experience. The hotel itself was beautiful and well-maintained, but what truly made my stay special was the exceptional service provided by Mr. Ismail yaakoub He was incredibly attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met. From the moment I checked in until the moment I left, Mr. Ismail's professionalism and genuine care made a lasting impression. I highly recommend this hotel and especially commend Mr. Ismail yaakoub for his outstanding service!\

Very nice location and nice stuff

Pros: The stay exceeded my expectations. The location was close to a good restaurant area, about a 20-minute walk from the bazaar. The staff was very nice. At the very least, the guy at the reception, Yakup, helped us a lot and was very polite.

Cons: Everything was fine.

Pros: I had a good stay at this hotel. The best part was the wonderful service from Yacob at reception — he was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. He contacted me before my trip, arranged my airport transfers both ways, and stayed available on WhatsApp around the clock to answer questions and provide support. There was also another receptionist who was very friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even nicer. The hotel matched its price point. While daily room cleaning wasn’t provided, everything else was fine and comfortable for my needs. Overall, a positive experience thanks to the warm hospitality.
