Pros: It was a friendly check in. The room was upgraded and was very quiet. The outside temperature was 5c, but they had great water heaters in the lounge and bedroom. The pharmacy was next door! I discovered a toothache 😫

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay. The room was very spacious and cozy, the staff were friendly, and the spa area and swimming pool were excellent. Everything was OK.

Cons: informed the property in advance via Booking that I would like a room with a city view. However, upon check-in, it turned out that our room was facing the back of the building. When I asked to change the room, I was told that there were no available rooms, although other options were shown as available in the Booking app. I did not argue, but the situation left an unpleasant impression.😔

Pros: The apartment was lovely and spacious. It was clean and the location is great - with shops just next door for essentials. All staff were super friendly and helpful too

Cons: It would have been nice to have some washing up liquid and sponge to be able to do some washing up - but that’s me just being picky!
