Pros: The only issue you might have, if you get woken up easily, could be guests that never learned proper manners; cigarette smoke or noise from other rooms will come inside. Thankfully, the staff is understanding, and professional. Changing a room is not an issue, just a formality. The location is superb: close to the metro (32 minutes to Mecidiyekoy), nearby restaurant (highly recommending sishane, right next to gas station) and mall (karadeniz) make up for a business area that Tekstilikent is. If you want something for a good value yet not expensive, this is the place.

Excellent place

Pros: The stay was excellent, and the hotel staff—especially Mr. Selguk—were amazing. The hotel had all the necessary facilities and was very clean. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and clean place to stay.

Cons: Just no food stores were not near by, I meant for walking distance.

Good value for money

Pros: Friendly and helpful staff. Close to mall of Istanbul and Venezia mega outlet. Car park availability with easy access.

Cons: The bathtub was a little slippery. The A/C performance was not up to my expectation during summer time. The android tv is okay but could have been better.

Good hotel in Istanbul

Pros: Nice rooms in a business hotel. Due to a force majeur, we were needed to stay for one night in Istanbul. Rooms have a good size and a great bed.

Cons: Staff in the restaurant had no real skills at all. Came three times to ask about the order, which was an easy one (Club Sandwich). At the end, she was not willing to give me a receipt, even I payed cash and not on the room.

Very nice accommodation with great service.

Pros: The service was great, the woman at the reception was very kind even if I had reserved wrong days and arrived in different ones. She was navigating me what to do and was very nice all the time. The room was huge and clean.

A wonderful hotel

Pros: The staff were very friendly. The room was a suite and extremely spacious and comfortable. I did not use the well stocked mimi bar but I did use room service amd tge food was excellent.

Cons: I had to leave!

Pros: They upgraded my room to a non-smokers upon request and it was really nice.

Cons: While I was satisfied with the breakfast I think this is where there is room for improvement in terms of variety.

Pros: Amazing service and best staff. Berkan and his amazing team really helped make our stay that extra amazing. They constantly check if there is anything their team can do to help make our stay even better. Thank you berkan. Lovely clean hotel with amazing natural light.
